Actress, director, host, and producer Lauren Mayo has carved out a dynamic space for herself in the entertainment industry. From roles on major networks to a growing body of work behind the camera, Lauren’s creative vision, versatility, and passion for authentic storytelling continue to earn her respect across television, film, and digital platforms.

Lauren’s on-screen work includes roles in CBS’s The Bold and the Beautiful, Prime Video’s Sabotaging the Squad, CW’s All American: Homecoming, MTV’s Finding Carter, Prime Video's Gravesend, Tyler Perry’s If Loving You Is Wrong, to name a few. She has also led and supported a variety of independent projects including Sugar Maybe?, the viral YouTube series Girls Just Don’t Do That, and the 2025 festival favorite, Baldy. A dedicated performer from stage to screen, Lauren has appeared in acclaimed theatrical productions such as For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide / When the Rainbow Is Enuf, The Vagina Monologues, and Beer & Bedtime Stories.

Behind the camera, Lauren is an emerging force. She directs digital content and short films that spotlight character-first narratives. As a proud Reelarc Directing Fellow, she continues to expand her voice as a visual storyteller with a focus on impact, inclusion, and imagination.

Her talents also extend to the commercial space, where she’s been featured in campaigns for Canva Creates, Universal Studios, Signature Style, and as a voice for ESPN.
